You may print the scorecards including different types of information. By default, only the strategy map is printed, but it is possible to configure the contents of the printing to include the detail of groups and indicators.

To define the contents of the printing, you must go to the Page Setup menu. After performing the desired configuration you may see its print preview.

You also have the chance to export the information in the scorecard in PDF format. Then the PDF file may be printed or sent by e-mail.

Page Setup

When configuring the page you may choose the size and direction of the paper, size of margins, as well as the information you wish to print.
In order to configure the page you should:

Launch the page setup dialog box with the corresponding button in the Toolbar.

1. Choose the desired options in the "General" and "Components" tabs.
2. Apply the changes with the "OK" button or ignore them with the "Cancel" button.

The "General" tab lets you define:

• The Paper Size
• The Paper Orientation
• The size of margins

The "Components" tab lets you choose the contents you wish to print. These are the available options:

• Print the Strategy Map.
• Show Icons: This option lets you clearly differentiate the status of groups and indicators when you print in Black and White.
• Print summaries of groups and indicators: you must state the path from the root to the group you wish to print. The contents of the impression consist of all subgroups and indicators in the selected group.
• Print the detail of indicators: The path from the root to the indicator or group containing the indicator/s you wish to print must be specified.
• Include historical information. If there are indicators that have been defined with filters, printing includes information about the indicators for each of the values of the filter.

The options "Print Group/Indicator Summary" and "Print detailed indicators" are self-excluding.
You may get a print preview by pressing the corresponding button in the Toolbar.
