The Menu Bar activates the functions and operations of Ideasoft O3 components, and the Toolbar facilitates their use, providing direct paths to the functions and operations most frequently used.

Here are the Toolbar options:

	Open Cube	Opens a cube or view
	Save View	Saves the current view
	Open Desktop	Open a desktop
	Save Desktop	Save the current desktop
	Print	Print the current view
	Print Preview	Show a preview of the printed page
	Undo	Takes you back to the previous view
	Redo	Takes you to the following view
	Open Explorer	Displayes the dimensions explorer
	Show Pages Area	Shows the third axis or page area
	Initial view	Returns to the initial view
	Top Query	Queries the cube at the highest level
	Show Values	Shows / Hides values in charts
	Show Zeros	Shows / Hides zeros
	Show NaN	Shows / Hides NaNs
	Rank	Opens the Ranking dialog
	Hide / Show	Opens the Hide / Show Dialog
	Swap Axes	Swaps the X-axis and the series axis
	Show Spreadsheet	Displays information in spreadsheet format
	Choose Chart Type	Displays information in chart format
	Invert axes	Rotates the graph so that the X-axis is changed for the Y-axis
	Display gridlines	Shows the chart's gridlines
	Create New Rule	Opens a dialog box to create a new rule
	Edit Rule	Opens a dialog box to modify the current rule
	Execute Rule	Executes the rule. The action performed when its conditions are evaluated, correspond to the coloring of elements
	Open Scorecard	Opens the O3 Scorecard panel viewer
	Edit Scorecard	Opens the dialog box that lets you see and modify the scorecard definition
	New Scorecard	Opens the dialog box that lets you define a new scorecard panel
