Use the command Add Calculated Row / Column to add a calculated row or column to a table.
You can also add a calculated row or column using the mouse right button.
To add a calculated row or column:

1. In the Explore menu choose Add calculated Row / Column. The Row / Column dialogue box appears.
2. Add a row or column pressing the corresponding button.
3. Choose Global from the box On Dimension
4. In the Select function section, you should choose the function you wish to add. It may be a user-defined function or a standard one. 
5. Click OK. The table is updated.

To add a calculated row or column using the right button of the mouse:

1. Right-click the background of the table. A shortcut menu is displayed
2. Add a row or column:
   1. If you are adding a row, choose Add Calculated Row
   2. If you are adding a column, choose Add Calculated Column
3. Add a function:
   1. To add a standard function, select Standard Functions with the mouse..
   2. To add a user-defined function, select User-Defined Functions.
4. Choose a function. The table is updated.

Adding a calculated row or column to a Dimension

Use the command Add Calculated Row / Column to add a calculated row or column to a dimension.
You can also add a calculated row or column, using the right button of the mouse over the name of the dimension in the table or graph. 
To add a calculated row or column:

1. Choose Add Calculated Row / Column in the Explore menu. The dialogue box, Add Calculated Row / Column appears.
2. Add a row or column pressing the corresponding button.
3. Choose a dimension from the list On Dimension
4. In the Select Function section, you must choose the function you need to add. It may be a user-defined function or a standard one. 
5. Click OK . The table is updated.

To add a calculated row or column using the right button of the mouse:

1. Right click on the dimension label. A shortcut menu appears.
2. Add a row or column
3. Choose a function. The table is updated.
   1. To add a standard function, select Standard Functions.
   2. To add a user-defined function, select User-defined functions

Calculated rows or columns are added to each element of the dimension and are calculated every time from the elements in the embedded dimension.
Calculated rows and columns remain associated to one dimension until they are explicitly removed from the table.
Calculated rows and columns are visible in the charts but can only be removed from the spreadsheets. You can also remove a calculated row or column from one dimension.
