Information analysis has a wide range of requirements in the way of context, depth, and adaptability to periodical or changing situations.

To respond to these necessities, IdeaSoft O3 offers several analysis and information report models.

  • AdHoc queries based on graphs and tables for search and analysis
  • Reports by exception, by means of rules
  • Static Reports, for periodical analysis based on highly structured reports

O3 Portal lets the user request previously defined static reports published in the server for users to access.

Through the use of parameters, they can request the full report or filter the information according to their specific needs at the time.

Within the installation of O3, an example called Sales Report is included, with information on sales carried out in the last month by salesperson and wine variety. The user has the chance to obtain the report for all the team of salespeople or request the information only for a group of salespeople.


O3 Reports generate excellent levels of presentation in multiple formats,  including PDF, HTML, MS WORD, etc., created from information from the multidimensional models, as well as directly from relational databases.

Besides, it is completely integrated with the analytical capacities of O3, which means a significant improvement of those capacities as to data exploitation.

Reports can contain information from different components, such as graphs and tables from datamarts and views, text and images, and other visual elements such as control dashboards indicators (gauges).
