Through the use of IdeaSoft O3™ Performance Suite, organizations generate a wide variety of information models, or cubes which let you carry out analyses of the different areas of the company.

The purpose of these cubes is to meet the needs of a range of users who require access to information and enhanced analysis capability.

The use of O3 Server Administrator lets you:

  • Manage distribution and access policies for registered cubes.
  • Manage users and cube access.
  • Monitor users and cube access.

To do so, O3 Server Administrator displays several functionalities that enable you to: 

  • See the list of cubes being consulted.
  • Create, maintain and update the register of cubes published in  O3 Server.
  • See the list of connected users.
  • Create, maintain and update the list of authorized users.
  • Create, maintain and update the list of roles.
  • Create, maintain and update access profiles.
  • Send messages to connected users.
  • Verify the rules defined within each cube and report to users about them.
