The detailed query to the database definition procedure requires the following definitions:

• Definition of the connection to the database
• Stating of the data you wish to obtain from the database as a result of the query and their relationship to the cube dimensions.
• Definition of the required configuration file to associate the cube with the defined query(ies)

These definitions are established in O3 Browser and are stored locally where the O3 Browser component is executed.

To define detailed queries associated with the cubes published in the server, you must use the O3 Browser component of the same installation where O3 Server is executed.
