Viewing the list of Users


It lets you add new users, modify or delete existing ones, and offers the possibility to search them by name or login:

  • Options of finding and filtering.
    It lets you find users, or filter the list of already created users to find those which comply with a given search pattern. 
    The Name field can be used to enter part of the name (or surname) of the user, or the login field to enter part of the user's login
    Next, you must press Search.
  • New: It lets you create a new user. 
  • List of all saved users. 
    It displays name, login and email for each user, and a button to edit them 
  • Button to update the pane. 
  • Button to move backwards or forward in the list of users when it fills more than one page. 
Creating a New User


When you press "New" the User Entry Form is opened, which displays the following fields:

  • Full Name: User's name and surname
  • Login: User's O3 login.
  • E-Mail: User's email within the organization.
  • Password/Confirm Password: Password and its confirmation.
  • 'Add Attribute': It lets you add attributes.
  • 'Add Role': It lets you associate the user to existing role/s
  • 'Add Group': It lets you associate the user to existing group/s

Pleas note that this form enables 4 possible options:

  • Save: It saves the data entered in the fields of the form.
  • Modify: If it is selected in the list of users, and the form is opened in the Edit Mode with the user's data, this button will save the modifications made.
  • Delete: It lets you delete the user.
  • Close: It closes the form and goes back to the Users' page.
