Once the Programming that states how frequently reports will be sent is defined, it is possible to schedule them for their automatic distribution.  

# Log on *O3 Server Administrator* as an Administrator.
# Select the *Cube Build* service 
This will display a screen like the one shown below.

# Press the Add button, to schedule a datamart 
This will display a screen like the one below.

# Select the *Datamart* (Cube) you wish to be automatically loaded.
# Indicate the *Programming * to be used.
# Indicate the path to the corresponding .srv configuration file. 
# You might optionally indicate a parameter configuration file (.cfg) and and input set.
# Enable this new scheduled task and Accept changes. 

You may pause this programmed building  by indicating it in the "Disabled" option.


With these modifications, the O3 Server programmed task manager will start the necessary workflow processes.
