This displays the list of available portlets on the left # Expand the group of portlets *Ideasoft O3* This displays the list of O3 portlets you may use | *Link Selector Portlet* | Control that lets you define links to O3 content, shortcuts to views and cubes | | *O3 Control Portlet* | Control that lets you filter the content of views (graphs and tables) by means of the selection of elements of a cube's dimension. \\ This control lets you synchronize several view simultaneously. | | *O3 Report Portlet* | Portlet to include reports developed with O3 Report. \\ For more details on reports check the [O3 Report Studio] Manual | | *O3 Rules Portlet* | It displays the list of server-defined rules, as well as its status. | | *O3 Scorecard Portlet* | It lets you display Scorecard indicators both in "traffic light" or "Speedometer" format. | | *O3 Strategy Map Portlet* | It displays a Strategy map. | | *O3 View Portlet* | It displays an O3 View both in Graph or Table format. \\ This portlet also lets you view Rules in their Graph or Table format. \\ Este Portlet también permite visualizar Reglas en su formato de Gráfica o Tabla | # Add a new *O3 View Portlet* This may be done by clicking on the *Add* link, or by dragging the portlet from the group to the position in the page where you want it to be added h4. Editing the Portlet Once the portlet has been added, it is necessary to configure it to display the desired view in the appropriate format. # Click on the *Preferences * icon on the top right hand corner of the portlet together with the other configuration icons !ePortal-Portlet-Customize.png|vspace=10|hspace=10! This displays the portlet preference page where the view or cube to display can be indicated # Indicate the Cube, View or Rule # Opcionally, the portlet size (height) can be modified # If necessary, enable the *Configure* control for more options # Press *OK* and then click on the *Back to index page* link This takes you back to tha page where the desired Portlet is already configured !ePortal-Portlet.png|vspace=10|hspace=10! # Click on the portlet title. This will show an text area where the title can be edited. # Repeat the steps above to add new portlets. h4. Changing page layout By default, newly created pages are configured in a two-column layout, a narrow one on the left and a wide one on the right. This configuration can be easily changed to adjust to the needs of each page. # Select the Layout Template option !ePortal-OptionsMenuChangeTemplate.png|vspace=10|hspace=10! This displays a window with the different available templates. # Select the desired template. Existing portlets are adjusted to the new layout. # If necessary drag the portlets from one area to another.
