To implement the dynamic generation of indicators from a template, the Template Tab idetifies a view that will be used as the template to create the perspectives/groups in the scorecard.

* The path to the view must be indicated. This view must include in one of the axes, the dimension whose elements will be used to define the groups in the scorecard.
* This view must be captured.
* Once captured, the view updates the combobox that identifies the Dimension to use.
If this dimension has more than one level, those levels are expanded in the view, and the dimension corresponds to the definition of the indicator, then the scorecard is built creating groups for each element shown in the view for that dimension.
If the dimension does not correspond to the definition of the indicator, then only groups for the first level of the dimension will be created.
